At GSB Lubrication, we offer an array of lubrication services to cater for all your on-site preventative maintenance:

On-site Lubrication

We will provide an experienced operator to lubricate and check all your fixed plant equipment on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly contract basis, or during down-days and shutdowns.

Oil Purification

We can complete the process of purifying large volumes of contaminated oil on-site, drastically reducing your operating costs on replacement oil, and reducing machine failure due to dirty oil, low viscosity, and other foreign particles.

Noise Reduction

Noise in the work place cannot be avoided, but unwarranted noise from squealing chain conveyors and dry bearings can.  Through a properly scheduled lubrication program, we will work to restore harmony to the working environment.

Condition Monitoring

We also offer automatic temperature logging. This includes short- or long-term logging of critical machinery or plant items eg. bearings, motors, gear boxes, fans. 

Automatic Lubrication Units

Automatic lubrication units can be made available for oil or grease, and for single-point or multi-point distribution.

Lubricants

We also distribute a wide range of lubricants at very competitive prices.

Technical and Back-up Support

We have technical assistance and back-up support available at all times from various oil companies, should it be required.
